Communication process is the exchange of information. Precisely because communication is structured in all the major types of management activities, we call it the process of linking communications. Information is one of the most important management tools in a manager’s hands. Using and disseminating this information, as well as receiving feedback, he organizes, directs and promotes sub-executives. Therefore, the purpose of this information depends on the person’s ability to convey the information in such a way that they can achieve the most adequate impression.

In the communication process, information is transferred from one object to another. Individuals, groups and entire organizations can act as subjects of the communication process.

Communication is the process by which ideas, facts, opinions, feelings or emotions, feelings and attitudes are transmitted from one person to another, verbally or in some other form, in order to obtain the desired reaction in response.

When considering the communication process, it is important to take into account that under human communication conditions, not only how information is disseminated but also how it is formed, refined and developed is important. Communication and communication are different. But things are relevant. Communication involves what is communicated and how “what” is communicated.

For communication to take place, at least two people are needed. Therefore, each of the participants must have all or some abilities: to see, hear, touch, smell and taste. Effective communication requires certain skills and abilities from each party.

Information can only be communicated as sending and receiving because we are dealing with a relationship between two people, each of which is an active object – their mutual information involving the establishment of joint activities. Therefore, in the communication process there is not only the movement of information but also the active transfer.

The importance of information plays a special role for each participant in human communication, especially in human communication, because people try to create common sense, not just words. And this is possible under the condition. That information alone is not accepted. But understandable and meaningful.

The essence of the communication process is both the exchange of information and the collective understanding of the object. Therefore, in every communication process, function, communication and cognition are really integrated.

Communication necessarily refers to the impact of the partner. The communication influence that arises in this case is the psychological impact of one participant on changing the behavior of another. Communication performance is measured precisely by how successful the impact has been.

A communication network is a specific way of connecting participants in a communication process using communication channels. Channels are the links that exchange and transmit information between communication objects.

Communication networks can be of two types: centralized and decentralized.

In centralized networks, information moves sequentially from one participant to another. (Reflects the hierarchical model of organizational relationships and is effective under certain conditions).

In decentralized networks, there is free circulation of information flows between participants based on decentralization. It ensures the creation of effective organizational relationships based on independence, creativity and initiative.
